Our staff are friendly, efficient, fun and dedicated to a top notch customer experience!

Phillip Island Coffee Co. is a family run business with Donna (pictured below) being the owner.

Donna has been running family businesses since the early 1990's. She grew up on Phillip Island and over the years has been involved in many local business committees and social groups such as scouts and guides.

Donna's four children have been raised on Phillip Island and they've all played a part in the business with Jennifer and Kirsti sharing management.

Here at Phillip Island Coffee Co. we employ people on the basis of how they will fit into the team and the philosophy.

We love having a great mix of people creating a fun and positive workplace.
We ensure that all Staff are highly trained and their professionalism is outstanding.

Jennifer - Our Manager I love that Mum, Kirsti and I have created a place that our customers love to come to and also a place that our team enjoys. I’m very happy with the products we produce and the service we provide. I love our little coffee shop. Since we opened I have enjoyed learning more and improving my skills. I usually drink a strong soy latte but my true love is split between Espresso and Affogato.	Donna - the owner I've got many years experience within the local community giving me insight and knowledge about best service provision. Together with my four children we've built a quality of life and personalised business philosophy which has resulted in the creation of Phillip Island Coffee Co. My favourite summer drink is the Iced Soy Decaf Latte and in winter I prefer the Bounty Cacao.	Kirsti I love what we've created and how the local community has embraced our new business. I really enjoy all aspects of the business, in particular the new people I get to meet. We have so much fun while at work but ensure maximum efficiency. This, and our outstanding coffee, is why we are so successful! My favourite drink is a Decaf Soy Latte in a cup. Our Decaf is the best I've ever tried. Give it a go!
Sarah What I love most about working for Phillip Island Coffee Co. is that I get to make coffee every day and be with my workmates who are my second family away from her actual family. We support each other when things get tough and there is much fun and laughter. My favourite drinks are South Pacific blend cappucino and Iced Coffee with real ice-cream and real cream.	Amanda I love working at Phillip Island Coffee Co because the Staff here are like family. I've learnt so much about coffee and how to make a great coffee beverage. I think that the customers are really great. My favourite coffee is an Organic Peru Blend Latte.	Alessia I began training in the Hospitality Academy in Italy when I was 14. The opportunity to help establish Coffee Co, help choose our coffee blends and assist with training was great! I love sharing my passion and knowledge and enjoy the ongoing training provided. My choice of coffee is strong flat white.
Katy When I joined Phillip Island Coffee Co. I was an avid tea drinker but the Coffee Co. team rallied around to teach me all the deliciousness I was missing out on! And so, my coffee palate was born! I start my day with a large extra hot Almond Latte (and sometimes a bit stronger - depending on the day) so I can savour the moment.
